STEAM
In the Burley STEAM Lab, students learn by doing. They physically engage in a wide range of activities to challenge their problem solving abilities and think like an engineer. Students actively practice the engineering design process of asking questions, brainstorming and anticipating hurdles, planning, creating and improving. Students are challenged to think creatively, collaborate, and persevere. Some exciting areas of study include sustainability, robotics, 3D printing, laser cutting, woodworking, and sewing.
